Download on one card and not the other?

Hey guys, I was wondering if I would be able to watch a movie my wireless card but at the same time download a game on my ethernet port on my mobo. Simple question, just wondering if it is possible. The only way I can think of this happening is through a virtual machine but I can't do that.

It is possible (theoretically), by assigning custom routing rules (e.g. Youtube addresses go to wireless interface, everything else goes to wired), but it's too much work. Going VM route is much easier - install e.g. Virtual Box, assign your wireless card as "bridged" to VM, and watch your movies from inside VM.
