Yes, it will use the integrated graphics on the i5 4670. Graphics won't be the best if you are gaming, but for general purpose use, the integrated graphics should be fine. For gaming, you will probably need to spring for a dedicated GPU.

You should be fine with Intel HD graphics. You just need to add a small case, 300w or greater power supply, hard drive, optical drive, RAM, and an operating system.
