Hey Guys outa all the comments and ideas me and my dad finally came up with a build and ordered it for my bros bday/

This will run most games at high settings. Do not expect ultra in all games though.

I would change the CPU cooler as you can get a better or equivalent air cooler for less money which will be quieter.

You are WAY overpaying for the GPU. You can get a 270x for 40 quid less or get a gtx760 (slightly better card) for the same price.

Not much can be done its ordered my bro just wants to play csgo minecraft bf4 he is not too bothered that much abut fps

You REALLY wasted money on that GPU to be honest. You can get a 270x for 130 quid. If this is just for minecraft and CSgo, you could have gotten a much cheaper build.

The liquid Cooler you got for yourself Corsair H80i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler is a repeat offender, (at-least in India where average room temperature borders on 38 degrees Celsius) We prefer to use Air coolers, especially since you got yourself a Mid-Tower case.
This one would've saved you money and given you valuable performance:

I'm making almost an identical system, except for an MSI 2GB OC R9 270X (since the extra 2 gigs in 4GB are worthless unless you go for High on 2k) and an ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Mobo.

But this one looks good too. Let us know some benchmarks here.

BTW Do you plan on over-clocking?

The h80i would definitely not have been my first choice for a CPU cooler, but it should be fine. Loud, but fine.
