Good Computer, Low FPS?

Hi, I just built a computer that is very nice and runs beautifully. The only thing is that the FPS on games are terrible. My old laptop runs more consistent FPS than my new computer. Here are the specs:

Windows 7 64 bit
Intel i5-4670k CPU @ 3.4GHz (Intel HD graphics 4600)
Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (1 x 8 ) DDR3 1600MHz
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB
Thermaltake 550W
Intel Motherboard DH87RL

Currently do not have a graphics card

Please help me find out the issue, it could be either hardware/software malfunction.

Well, that's exactly why, you have no graphics card! The integrated Intel 4600 graphics are terrible for gaming and will get you awful FPS, you MUST have a dedicated GPU in order to game with an intel processor unless you don't mine getting 15 fps on the lowest settings and resolutions.
