I have a newly built desktop components listed below:

When playing a game on high resolution after a short amount of time the PC completly shuts off and I have to reset the power in the back and then turn it back on. I have searched forms and only found CPU gets too hot. This is not my case, i measured the core temperatures and they never get above 55C. I have a Cooler master evo which works great. Can anyone help me?

Asus Z87-pro (v edition) MOBO
Intel i5 4760
EVGA Gtx 660 ftw graphics card
Corsair CX750 PSU
Coloer master 212 EVO cpu fan

I checked the temperature and it does not exceed 70C and it still shuts down

Then try to disassemble your PC (to make sure that every cable is connected good and properly) and assemble your PC, if it doesn't help you have to try with different PSU (ask from your friends).
