I'm new to computer building. I'm trying to find out what I want for my first build. I've found I could buy 2 SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 270X 100364-4GL Video Cards on Newegg for $219.99 a piece ($439.98 together) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202049) or I could buy 1 MSI R9 280X GAMING 6GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card on Newegg for $399.99. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127786) What are your ideas to pick? Also, is there any other cards around this price that are as good if not better? I'm up to buying AMD or Nvidia, it doesn't matter to me. Thank you! :)

2 R9 270X is powerful against a single R9 280X GPU. If you have the budget, go for 2 R9 270X to Crossfire or if you're on a budget, you can always get the R9 280X. But here's the catch, not all games works with Crossfire.

I would prefer getting a GTX780 or 780Ti (if you have the budget) over 2 R9 270X.
