It's $50 and it better work with my computer. Can't I sue them for being misleading if they install the card, and if it won't work with my system?

Solution
Depends, they probably would give you a refund but what I'm saying is it's not a perfect world, depends on their T&C. Install it yourself and save the money, you literally slot it on the top PCIE slot, make sure its properly in, screw it in from the screw hole and the end to hold it in place and plug in the power cables. 1 or 2 cables, that's it and you're done.

Not sure I would trust them touching my case, let alone opening it up!

Graphics cards are insanely easy to install.

As far as getting your money back or a lawsuit,i really doubt it. Im sure theres some legal waiver in the fine print.

You wouldn't be able to sue them, they would have much better lawyers, they would just probably give you another card or a free repair/refund or something, but don't be surprised if something don't work, things like that happen in life. Why don't you try it first before making a TH post.
