So I've had this really crappy laptop I've been using for the last couple years. I've gotten pretty into playing League of Legends, even though I've had to run the lowest settings and getting 5-20 FPS constantly. With this laptop finally dying on me, I thought it was about time to build a Desktop that can at least run League with Max Settings and at least a good 50-60 FPS. So I would appreciate any help on the cheapest, balanced Desktop that can do this!

Does any of this include a way to connect to the internet after I've built the computer? Like if its built into the Motherboard or if I have to buy something separate in order to do so.

The only thing you'll have to buy is the periphery, keyboard mouse, monitor, os, speakers etc.

This is a great build and will easily max out league and should run other games on med- high settings. The motherboard comes with a port to plug in an ethernet cable built in.

What exactly is this "Periphery" I need to buy?

That's perfect for what I need too! I noticed it came with an Ethernet cable port. But that doesn't include WiFi at all, does it? Cause I'll be short on using an Ethernet for awhile.

No it does not. You would need to buy a wireless network adapter; USB( dongle on the outside of the computer) or PCI( fits inside the computer). They go for around $15.

Periphery... All the little extra stuff. A keyboard, a mouse, an OS, speakers, WiFi card... You asked for a cheap build, and that's hardware. It's not a complete pc, that's for you to finish according to budget and tastes.

Edit: if you follow the PCPartPicker link on the build, you can 'edit' the build and choose all the stuff you want or need, for a more complete picture of what a fully complete pc will cost you. Take your time, shop around, there is some really interesting stuff out there.

League of legends is a fairly undemanding game I have seen moderately good play out of an old pentium D machine.
What I am recommending is much more than is needed to max out LoL.

This is a fairly capable modern low end gaming system, for around $450 before is and a random optical drive.http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3CT8a
It should be able to play LoL maxed out and run any currently Released game at. Medium to high settings.
