Hello, i have a 16GB Flashdrive, i installed ubuntu on it and booted off of it and used it in a bunch of different places. The problem was when my PC would no longer boot off of it. When i went to format it, it would only give me a capacity of 12 GB, so i went into Disk Drives and deleted the partition, the problem is that it doesn't give me the option to create another one, and I cannot format it, because windows comes up with an error: Windows was unable to complete the format.
