I just installed a new r9 280x, i previously had an hd radeon 6850. My problem is when I try to play a game with amazing graphics (when i crank up the quality) my three monitors disconnect from the computer. It stops showing the computer. I tried pressing the reset button on the computer, it doesn't work, I have to hold down the power button for it to work. Please help me, i tried installing amd drivers, and msi drivers, nothing works.

OK. The Corsair is big enough. Have you tried to see if it does that with just a single monitor?

I tried running far cry 3 and disabled the other two monitors, it disconnected 10 seconds after playing

With the info you've presented, I would lean towards a defective card. Do you have access to another one to try?
Btw, I meant disconnect them form the card.

That doesn't mean it isn't defective.

But when troubleshooting from afar like we are, it is hard to be certain. If you disconnect the other 2 monitors from the card and disable eye-finity, and the problem continues, I'd be inclined to return the card.

Can't you return the card for replacement to the retailer? If not, contact the manufacturer. They will accept an RMA and fix or replace it. If you've tried it with a single monitor only connected and it fails like mentioned above, it almost has to be the card.
