Upgrading mobo and cpu.

I'm going to be upgrading my sister cpu and mobo and I'm thinking about getting the AMD FX-4300 and this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128564, right now she got a AMD E2 3200, i would like to know if the cpu I pick out will make a big improvement.

Also this the first time I ever going to be buying a amd cpu and is the AMD FX-4300 better than the Intel Core i3-4330

Never heard of a E2 3200. Googling finds it amongst other pretty crappy (by this day's standards) cpus -
