The title explains. I am looking for a 500$ quality graphics card.
I would like to run most games on ULTRA, 1080p, and that it is good for video rendering, rendering, 3D modelling, texturing and HLSL programming.(So around 4gb)

Thanks. Could the links be newegg too?

Solution
Asus or MSi 780 is the easy choice.....both take extreme overclocks (20 - 25%), At 1080p I see no need for 4 GB..... we run AutoCADand games on 2 and 3 GB just fine. Remember that being able to use more than 2 GB / 3 GB by no means means that you will see a performance advantage, Sometimes moving up has a performance disadvantage. If ya'd like to see the performance differences between 2 and 3 GB, look here:

pay attention to the 5760 x 1080 numbers too.

Solution
EVGA GTX780 980MHz model (or 967Mhz model):
http://www.nero.com/eng/products/nero-platinum/whats-new.php

The Asus card can overclock more, but this EVGA card is 10% higher GPU frequency with its default settings so we need to see how NOISE is affected once we overclock both to the same performance:

NOISE:
Asus 780: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GTX_780_Direct_Cu_II_OC/25.html

"I had really high hopes for the noise levels of the new DC II cooler and am, to be honest, a bit disappointed."

EVGA 780:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/EVGA/GTX_780_SC_ACX_Cooler/25.html

"EVGA did a good job with their cooler design's noise levels. In idle, it is a tiny bit noisier than the reference design, but the difference is negligible. Under load, noise levels are exactly the same as those of the reference design, but the card does run cooler."

*Now both cards show 36dB under load but this is comparing the Asus at a lower frequency with less performance (the EVGA used was the 967MHz base clock model).

So while I like Asus and have the 3-slot GTX680 I think EVGA's ACX cooler wins here.
