I'm planning on building a gaming pc soon. I have a AMD FX-8350 CPU. I've read that the FX-8350 only supports 1866Mhz on a single channel and 1600Mhz on a dual channel setup. If I were to purchase 2400mhz ram sticks, would I be able to use them in my PC at 2400Mhz if I changed the memory frequency setting in the BIOS?
