PCJoe all over the place :). Any full tower will hold an E-ATX board and with that budget you should have a nice selection to your choosing. I just recently got the THOR v2 White from Rosewill and am very satisfied but it's all about your personal preference when it comes to a case, in my opinion. There are a few things like USB 3.0, eSATA ports, fan placements/sizes, etc. but you can find what suits the need.

Best $250 case around is the Enthoo Primo.... took home case of the year award from Comdex 2014.....for the last 3 weeks it's been $230 in black and $2590 in white but looks like white bsold out so they bumped the black back up to $250. Fits 390mm GFX cards with HD cages in place. Perfect for water cooling builds w/ RIVE-B and twin GFX cards..... with air coolers swapped for water coolers, most twin 780's / 780 Tis fit without taking off the reservoir bracket.

Graphic card clearances:

257mm (reservoir bracket installed)
277mm (reservoir bracket installed w/o cover)
350mm (no reservoir bracket)
390mm (HDD cages in front position)
515mm (no HDD cages)

There are many products that will fit in your criteria. Some of the recommended models are:

Cooler Master

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119260 [Storm Stryker]

Antec

NZXT

Corsair

I would definitely recommend 750D or 760T. I've used HAF X of cooler master and it was really a wonderful experience. Now I'm using 760T, Man, I love it, its functionality and its show off.

Rest is your choice.
