How to check the physical memory in windows xp on 2gb

please help me ...i installed a bluestack for my pc and it failed to install because it want 2gb of physical memory...how do i go about that

Maybe you have only 1GB of RAM, you need at least 2GB of RAM to install Bluestacks. To check how much RAM you have Go to START>RUN>dxdiag check your memory size. If it is below 2048MB you cannot install blustacks on your PC. You have to buy an additional compatible stick of RAM to install blustacks.
