The HD8760 is a rebadget HD7770, and it is a DEDICATED graphics card in OEM systems. I don't think it can be purchased separately though.

(i7-3770 CPU, and HD8670 OEM graphics card)

*So while the GTX650Ti is the best card assuming all else is roughly equal (CPU especially) you may be better off building your system with good help.
