what is 3DMark 11 Graphics & why it is so high of Radeon R7 250 than other?

Because they're comparing it to a 6670 and 650, whereas elsewhere it's going up against more equal cards.

3DMark is a company, 11 means it's 2011 IIRC.

GPUBoss is generally considered very useless as a comparison tool, because it's all based on synthetics.

It's a program used for graphics stress testing, called 3DMark. The 11 is what version they're using, and the Graphics just means they're doing a graphics test.

It's not based on year at all, it's saying that it's using DX 11. Currently we're on 3DMark 11 1.0.5

3D Mark is a graphics card test. It tests your card against a few different scenarios - http://www.futuremark.com/benchmarks/3dmark11

The R7 250 does OK against those cards but there area a lot of other cards that are better - http://www.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon+R7+250/review
