its a corrupted driver (due to hard drive failure maybe)

at the time of boot press f8

select safe mode with command prompt

login

type in chkdsk /f

it will ask if you want to schedule boot scan time.select yes

reboot and wait until it finishes.

still not fixed

in most case hard drive failure,
