I am looking to replace my old PSU with a high power PSU that will last a long time and has good efficiency. I am overclocking and possibly expanding to 2-way SLI so I need at least 1000 wattage at all times.

I am debating over these 3 PSU's:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcp1300...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-ax120...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/enermax-power-supply-epm13...

Keep these factors in mind:
- Lasts a long time
- High Efficiency
- 1000w output or higher at all times

Do not question these factors:
- Fully Modular (It must be)
- What GPU I am using
- What other components am I using
- Compatibility
- Space for these PSU's

I would rate the Antec High Current Pro Platinum 1300 watt first. I would put the Corsair AXi1200 second and The Enermax Platimax 1350 Watt third.

The PSU tier list will help you decide. Tier #1 PSU 's are best and so on. The Antec & Corsair are tier #1. And the Enermax is a Tier #2.

So, going off of durability, reliability, and performance, which one would tip the scale? (Which wins in more categories)

The Antec is the best of your three power supplies.

Personally I would recommend a Seasonic Platinum in that watt range if you can find one.
