So i have acer predator g3620 i5 3350p gt 640 8 ram kingston 1600mhz 1 tb wd blue hdd and acer mobo http://www.game-debate.com/motherboard/index.php?mot_id=1410&motherboard=Acer%20Predator%20G3620 so i want to play all nowaday heavy games like bf4 ac4 watch dogs etc on high 1440x900 res and i may change to max 1600x900 so what card should i get gtx 770 or 760 and what brand should it be? Also i would need a new psu and a new fan so the psu should be max 85$ 600-650w and the fan i can spend on a fan 15$ also do i need a new cpu or i can stick with it another year?

With that resolution, you won't need the extra performance of the gtx 770. Go with the 760 and you'll feel great for saving some money.
A 600 watt psu is enough. If you want to upgrade next year to the new gtx 800 series, it might be handy to upgrade your processor to a 4th gen Intel cpu.
If you are going to upgade the cpu, you'll need to upgrade your motherboard. You won't need an extra fan if you have a decent cpu and gpu cooler.

Playing on the resolutions that you mentioned, there will be no need for GTX 770. The GTX 760 will be more than enough. As for PSU wattage goes, something between 550-600w will be enough and choose from the brands such as: Corsair (avoid CX units), XFX , SeaSonic or Antec.

The i5 3350 is fine for today's games, it will serve you for another year or maybe more for sure.
