I m planning to buy this psu for my zotac gtx 750 1gb will it be sufficient.

Don't know what you mean by "good amps", but I can tell you that Zebronics is not considered to be a very reliable brand.
Trusted reliable brands for a PSU are Seasonic, , Corsair or Coolermaster, with Seasonic generally being considered as the best, but I am by no means a PSU expert. The wattage requirement is simply the info I got from the GeForce website -- nothing expert about doing that.
