my pc will support this graphic card or not ?

Im planing to buy a new graphic card for my pc
Card is asus nvidia geforce 650ti

And my pc specification is
Intel core i3 2100 @ 3.10 GHz
4gb ram (2*2)
smps is zebronics 450 w (20+4 pin)
Should I upgrade anything else for supporting this graphic card ? Or help suggest me some amd graphic card of same performance
is my CPU is good enough for that graphic card ?

You missed out the motherboard make & model so we can check it has the correct expansion slot (unless you are already sure about that). If it's factory-built PC, make & model of PC instead of motherboard model.
Card needs a PCI Express 3.0 slot.

As for PSU - yes, 450w is okay.
