Buffalo NAS reinstall

HI,

I hv a bufallo NAS which comes with an inbuilt OS and torrent client. The NAS has been very unpredictable lately, and I would like to format it. The doubt I hv is how will I be able to install its OS and the inbuilt torrent client.

any suggestions pl

The OS is held in rom and when you setup the NAS it then uses a small portion of the hdd as working storage.

I would check for any updated firmware @ http://www.buffalo-technology.com/en/support/downloads/

Then login to NAS software, flash the update and do a factory reset, so it is back to the way it came out of the box.
