Hello everyone, I have a pretty big problem. As you can see in the title I'm not able to install any new programs, I get an error saying Access is denied (0x80070005).
I even tried Microsoft Fix it, and it gave me the same error. It's really frustrating I don't know what to do, I'm planning on just wiping the laptop and reinstalling windows, as I really don't know where to go from here. Any help is appreciated at this point.
