I have no idea why is my PC shutting down. I was just installing office 2010 then this happens.

Here's what I tried so far

1. Removed hard drives and graphics card

2. Swapped RAM

3. Monitor CPU temp, takes 39 - 41 C using BIOS

4. Checked the cable.

5. I did PSU paper clip test. PSU fan is not spinning when doing this.

My computer turns off after 1-2 minutes. It takes 3-5 minutes to turn back the power in unit

Specs

PSU: corsair tx850w
CPU: Intel i7 3770k
MOBO: Asus maximus 5

Please help!

Hi. I found my old psu. It's an ordinary model. I plugged the cable for motherboard and for the CPU (4 PIN). HDs and graphics card is still not plugged to unit.

10 mins and I'm still waiting for my computer to turn itself off. Looks like the culprit is PSU.

I retested my current PSU and also monitored its Fan. I plugged all components. The fan still not spinning and computer turned off by itself.

Looks like different to my current PU. Any PSU recommendations?
