Can this system run 2014 & 2015 games at mid -high settings !?

12 gb ram
1000 SSHDD
R9 270X 3x windforce
500 watt psu
Cooler master K380 computer case
1600 x900 moniter

Yes it should run the games at the desired settings fine. You could save some money and get the 270 for $160 and overclock it to the speed of the 270x.

If you are planning on playing on your monitors resolution I would say that system is good enough. That GPU is good for even playing games on FullHD high settings.
