And i want to crossfire but i cant find any XT 7870's anywhere, so im going to buy a 7950 but can these two cards be out into crossfire? I have a 700W power supply with all the required pins, but what do i do with drivers??

They can CF, as long as your is the 7870 Tahti
I believe that this was the only 7870 tahiti though, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131484 (Saphire maybe made one, not sure though)
It would be better to CF with a 7950 (Im assuming you cant find a 7870 tahiti anymore), because "It would be no different than crossfiring two 7870 Tahiti's. You would only get the 2gb of Ram, essentially the 7970 would pair itself with the 7870 Tahiti's stats." meainf the 7970 would downclock itsself to a 7870, and you could only use the 2gb of ram on the 7870 not the 3gb on the 7970.

Edit, I though you said 7970, yes the best option to...

NO!!!! dont do that!!!! you will seriously regret!!! you can only crossfire the same series which is 77xx series with 77xx series,or 78xx series wth 78xx series. You CANNOT crossfire with 77xx series with 78xx or 790xx series!!
Here take a look at this and you will understand:http://sites.amd.com/PublishingImages/Public/Graphic_Illustrations/WebBannerJPEG/AMD_CrossfireX_Chart_1618W.jpg
