Help! MOBO PSU guidance

I bought a Rosewill Tachyon 550W Platinum series PSU. It does't have a user guide and I don't what to plug in where on ECS B85H3-M MOBO.

Anyone know where the manual is, url, download, help?

The 24 pin Molex doesn't fit. I tried every way to flip but the fittings shape are backwards or opposite. On the PSU cable one end I have hexagon and square, the other side has square hexagon shapes, so diagonally they match. on the MOBO top row corners are hexa and bottom is square (matching horizontally). No matter what way I try it will never fit.

the 20 + 4 should be properly aligned(touched together) in order to fit in the socket. it will be a tight fit. also it isnt versatile, it only fits one way(the clip is looking outside)

Thanks all got the 20+4 now, but where does the other cable go?

I have 2 4x4 molex. One say CP and U1?
