How well will the Gtx 780 run Far Cry 3

How well will the Gtx 780 run Far Cry 3 on ultra settings at 1920x1080 res i'd like it to be on a minimum of 40fps (my processor is an overclocked Intel i7-4770k)
Tell me the fps
If i cant achieve this then tell me

It runs smooth on my 770 at 1080p. I think I dropped the AA down a couple steps from max to compensate the few dips I noticed at that setting. I run with V-Sync so I can only say it runs at 60fps 95% of the time, with small dips when it loads new areas (though putting it on a SSD would probably emiminate those).

Without antialiasing, you can easily run FC3 at ultra settings with your setup, at 1080p/60fps. With AA turned on, in some places (like standing at a cliff, looking down at a large area) your fps may dip below 40fps.
