need help picking 1440p monitor

All i really use the PC for is gaming and my budget is £500. I don't play any fps game at a pro level and i dont need extra display ports although it would be nice. I also don't want Pls glow

So whats the best option for me?

Qnix, eizo or a different brand/model

I've had good luck with a Crossover 27QW. It is around $330 (US) here in the States. The one I bought has a glossy screen, so if you have a lot of light in your room you may want to look at one with a matte screen. I prefer glossy as I feel it makes the colors pop more and text more clear. I would recommend going with the "pixel perfect" version if you can find it for a little more (look on Amazon UK if you are from the UK). Mine has 1 dead pixel. But the resolution is so small that I can barely tell the difference between that and a spec of dust. Good luck in your choice...once you go 1440p you will NEVER go back to 1080p!
