Can I switch SATA ports without disturbing RAID 0?

I realized my RAID 0 SSD configuration is plugged into the Intel SATA 3gb/s sots. Am I able to just unplug the cables from the 3gb/s and plug it into the 6gb/s slots without messing anything up on my RAID 0 config? I also have a 1tb WD HDD for storage. So 3 hard drives in all.

Solution
Here is what I would do.

Get a 3rd party imaging software and back up your OS to your HDD.

Move the SSD drives to the 6 gb/s interface. If it boots, great. If not, set up your RAID again and restore your OS.

If the 3gb/s interfaces are controlled by the same controller as the 6gb/s interfaces you should be fine moving your SSD drives around. If not, then you will have to restore your OS from backup.
