I'm trying to build this PC but I'm a little worried I may buy parts which are not compatible to the motherboard. I don't have anything at the moment but I’m planning on buying all my parts from Amazon.co.uk with a budget of around £400.

I'll put all the parts I'm considering on buying for each of the components below. Some may not be as necessary as others such as the graphics and sound card as these may already be built-in with the motherboard (I'm not too sure if the built in graphics card will be good enough for a video editing PC). Same goes with the cooling fan and power supply as these may come with the PC case, although I’ve heard not to use cheap brands as these may damage the motherboard.

Motherboard: (I need 2 HDMI/DVI ports so I can connect with 2 monitors/TVs)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1/277-0873674-2855666?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=motherboard&sprefix=motherb%2Caps&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Amotherboard

CPU: (I need AMD, 4 cores - 8 cores, minimum 3.20GHz. I think would be best for video editing)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=cpu&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Acpu

Ram: (Minimum 8GB, DDR3)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=ram&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Aram

PC case: (Mid-size)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=pc+case&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Apc+case

Optical drive: (Needs to be able to read and burn DL-DVD+R)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=optical+drive&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Aoptical+drive

Internal SATA HDD: (500 GB)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_3_13?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=internal+sata+hdd&sprefix=internal+sata%2Caps%2C177&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Ainternal+sata+hdd

Power supply: (Not sure about what Watts this needs to be I think I heard it can cause problems if It's too low or high)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=power+supply&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Apower+supply

PC cooling fan:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=pc+cooling+fan&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Apc+cooling+fan

Graphics card: (I need 2 HDMI/DVI ports so I can connect with 2 monitors/TVs)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=graphics+card&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Agraphics+card

Sound card:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=sound+card&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Asound+card

If there is any way I am able to put all the parts together and still build a powerful video editing PC I would really appreciate it if I could get some expert advice. How would you build this PC if you were in my shoes and had only access to the links provided above. I would love to hear what you guys think.

your gonna need a bigger budget to have a good video editing build. this is the best i could do, and its not very good for your needs. is it possible you can buy from anywhere else? you'll save alot of money. use https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ to put a computer together. here's what i came up with, still over budget though

EDIT: i suggest saving up to around £700 or £800 for a good and solid build

Solution

+1; keep in mind the 610 is a weak GPU though.
