My RIG information
i5 4670K
Asus maximus VI hero
Kingston Hyper X Blu(8gb)
1 TB HDD Blue Caviar
HD 6670
Seasonic ECO 600watt PSU
Corsair Carbide 400 R
CPU Cooler Hyper 212 X
Ambient Room Temp. 30 to 45 deg. celsius
Now my question is that my first rig is c2d e7500 with a simple mobo without lots of feature, so ijust raised the multiplier and bingo overclocked know i'm using UEFI bios and i know only little bit about it. Here are my thoughts for oc mobo safely cause i'm not that crazy about over clocking and just want to overclock near 4.5 ghz.

There are three option which ilike to configure and want ur help
1) Asus Multicore Enhancement
- Auto
- Enable
- Disable
I think Disable option will be good enough
2) CPU Core Ratio
- Auto
- Sync All Cores
- Per Core
I'm going to select Sync All Cores is that good
3) Voltage
I'm going to set up CPU Core Voltage to max value 1.20 v under manual cause adaptive will increase voltage by itself which is dangerous. Also tell max safe voltage.
But there are two more option CPU cache voltage and offset voltages and about them i've no knowledge should leave them unaltered.

And two last things is Hyper 212X is enough for 4.5 ghz i think i should check that temperature must be always below 80 deg. celsius.
And if i choose voltage to manual and set it around 1.20 V it will always remain fixed to max value or it'll go down under idle condition.
Plz reply and give additional information required and thanx in advance.

Solution
it seems to me that you are planing to overclock using the Asus four way optimisation wizard (am I right?).
If so, Asus made a full walkthrough (30 min) available on the youtubes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BoaAT5TkXc4

Hope this helps!

BTW: if you have trouble reaching the overclock you want, perhaps it' because of the high room temperature (and the fact you have a air - rather then warter- CPU cooler), you might want to look at the airflow in you case. Did you line-up the "wind" direction on your Hyper 212 with the exhaust fan on your case? Do you have proper inflow hasswell ;)? if you did all this, perhaps you have a side vent over your CPU cooler where you could had a fan.
