Hello, this is my first time here.

I want to know if a Corsair GS600 will work fine with...

I5 2500 NON K
GA-Z68X-UD4-B3
4GB Ram @1033( 2x2GB)
Gtx 650 NON ti
Hard Drive 500GB

Understand my budget is so low :??: 

EDIT: I dont plan use it with OC ( dont like to OC)
