why am i droping fraps with a amazing pc?

First like mentioned before me make sure your drivers are up to date.
Second the 770 is a decent card but will not be able to play everything on ultra. If you want this but a 780 Ti or a Titan. If able to even a second 770 could help but it is not supported in all games.
to help performance do not run any other programs in the background. Let the games have as much of the resources as possible. If your running Windows Vista or Win 7 turn off windows aero features. This will save some performance. next lower the Game settings to a level where you maintain a minimum of 30 FPS, I personally like not going below 60 as I can see the difference. If you have more than one monitor disable the other monitors and only use one monitor while gaming.

I said that the 770 was a decent card but could not play everything on ultra, You said it should run most games on ultra.
the only difference is you said the same thing differently. you say tomato I say tomàto you say potato I sad potàto.
So what is there to disagree about when you said the same thing?
