im buying a pc of around $2000 without a keyboard or mouse and external bull***(pardon my language)
i just need things that will fit inside the casing and yes a casing as well

Solution
Don't need i7 for gaming. Xeon is an i7 but no integrated graphics. It is fine for gaming but there is no overclocking.
i5 4670k is mostly recommended.

Do you have a color-scheme in mind? How much room do you have for a case (i.e.-what size case?) Are you wanting to overclock the CPU (and/or GPU)? What size/resolution monitor will you be using and how many? Where do you plan on buying from? Do you prefer Intel or AMD CPU? NVidia or AMD GPU?

Size of the case is
497mm x 210mm x 430mm
Overclocking the cpu and gpu? yes maybe in the future
my monitor is currently running at 1440p but i will play games mostly at 1080p because only latest games have 1440p resolution and maybe in june/july i will buy 3 monitor system. i'm planning to buy from newegg.why? can you tell me a cheaper option in the budget. I prefer Intel processors.people say that intel is better because of amd's ipc performance. and nvidia or amd gpu..... well both hare very high level cards so... i'll take whats best maybe nvidia because it has physX

My father made a deal of $2000 so 2000 it is
time of build is june/july
preferred parts:
2 gtx 770 or 2 r9 280x
a core i7 4770k 3.5 ghz
corsair vengeance 16gb (2x8) sticks
corsair 750 watt psu
corsair 200r compact series
i think 3 fans will be built-in and i will buy 5 more case fans
MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming LGA 1150 USB 3.0 ATX Extreme OC High Performance Triple CFX/ SLI Motherboard
Seagate ST1000DX001 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s NCQ 3.5" Desktop Solid State Hybrid Drive
i think that makes almost $1800 or $1900 can you think of a better option that will max to $2000?

why not 2 gtx 770 in SLI

280X crossfire performs slightly better due to the 3GB VRAM. Also, are you gaming on a 1440p resolution? if you are gaming on 1080p, i would suggest a single gpu like the 780ti.

Here is my source of info:

processor: Xeon E7-8890 v2
GPU: 2 gtx 690 and 2 hd 7990 both OC
Motherboard: ASRock X79 Extreme11 LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
RAM: G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model F3-2400C10D-16GTX

Yes 1440p if present, some games dont have 1440p res. and wont 2 gtx 770 or r9 280x outperform the gtx 780ti
yes it may be cheaper but still some say that 2 GPU's combined have a very high level of increase in performance
does VRAM really affect gaming. because i dont know that it does nor have i heard

Some games don't scale well in crossfire or SLI or has issues. Some games causes you to use one card to run. But it is your build.
GPU loads textures into the VRAM. VRAM affects ultra high resolution textures mods or turning up anti-aliasing to the max.

How much VRAM would i need to turn up anti aliasing x32

The 3Gb should be fine. I believe that most modern games uses 16xMSAA as the maximum

And in your earlier posts you mentioned i5 4670k most recommended. i know that i5 4670k can run anything(game) with settings maxed out exept the latest game: watch dogs! some say that you get lower fps on running watch dogs everything maxed out and in some points it gets a little slow(20-30fps) so i think will buy a core i7 4771 3.6 ghz or a core i7 4790 3.6 ghz or just a core i7 4770k 3.5 ghz

Take that info with a grain of salt. Of course an i7 may perform better but since you already got 280X crossfire i doubt it affect fps that much. At most there will be a difference of 1-5 fps.
Also the beta isn't even out yet.
