For one 770 yes for two a little bit. GTX 770s in dual SLI the recommended wattage is 850W. However the PSU you have chosen is a tier 4 PSU (Aerocool Templarius Imperator), I have the 750W version and regret it (no problems yet but its not under any kind of strain).
For 1000W or over I'd look at the EVGA Supernova series:

The overall build is good but some points. Go with 16GB ram, not 32... thats too much and i'm assuming you are going for gaming. also these are a bit better in terms of price + performane.

Yes the PSU is a overkill, i'd go with a 860i and buy some sleeved cables from corsair.
but PLEASE wait for the Z97, its a Z87 with newer CPU Compatibility.
Anyway, as a owner of the TUF series mobo sabertooth z77, i'd say dont pay the premium and go with the sabertooth but instead go with the upcomming Z97-pro
Edit: i just checked your PSU, its AeroCool.. well if you are going with it better have a fire extinguisher nearby. they are pretty much junk.
