You do have an integrated GPU. It looks like you have x1 PCI x16 2.0 expansion slot. so you should be able to install a more powerful GPU, but you will want to find out what kind of PSU you have to make sure you will have the ability to run everything.
Depending on the case, power supply, and available PCI-E slots, you should be able to install a discrete video card. The GT 640 and GTX 750 are the best budget choices for OEM systems. Even a GTX 660 will work in some cases.
You should have one pci-e 2.0 x16 on motherboard which i guess is empty as you have integrated graphic card on board. So you can use this slot to upgrade, question is how big card will fit into case / board without obstructing anything (it looks like that pci-e is very close to memory sockets so it may be hard to fit any bigger card there). Also question is what can PSU handle it got 300w only so you will need some small low consumption GPU card.
A 300w PSU is pretty small. Your best bet is a GTX 750, though a power supply upgrade is recommended. A good 600w PSU, such as XFX, Siverstone, or Antec, should run up to a GTX 770 or R9-280X. Your CPU will likely bottleneck anything faster.
