Help with altering $1400 build to a $1300 build

I recently sold my old PC on ebay for $1300, but was originally listed for $1400. As such, I have to downgrade the components of my build with the $1300 budget. My father suggested that I drop the SSD, but I had an SSD on my old PC, and adjusting to slower boot times and load times for open-world games seems difficult. I already have an OS, keyboard, monitor, and mouse :)

Just trying to max out my build for the budget. I skimped many other parts of my build, so I now have room to upgrade :)

Well, that was easy xD
I'm playing on 1920x1080p, but how much of a performance difference should I expect from Crysis 3 and Metro: Last Light?

Thanks, how should I use the rest of my budget? I upgraded my PSU to a HX-650 and my mobo to an ASUS Hero, but what else should I upgrade?
