cursor moves up and down (doesn't jump around only moves about one pixel) on Asus EP121 Slate

cursor moves constantly on ASUS Slate- touchscreen is off, Bluetooth is off, there is no trackpad, only input is a pen with latest Wacom drivers.

problem solved with process of elimination -literally. I stopped processes in the task manager until the cursor stopped bouncing. The issue was a webcam software control panel running in the background. Program uninstalled - cursor is back to normal.
