What's the recommended PSU for this build ?

For :
Mobo : asrock z87 fatal1ty killer
CPU : i5-4670k
GPU : 2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE3X OC (2-way SLI)
HDD : Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive

What's the recommended PSU for such build if I intend to overclock the cpu ?

something in the 550W-650W range.

overclocked that i5 will suck up 180W max... overclocked that 760 will suck up 200W max combined with system power draw of say 75W, and you have 455W max system power draw, generally you want your system to hover around 75% of your psus's rated power during normal use (which is where your PSU is most efficient); which would probably be closer to 400W, which means a 550W to 650W psu is ideal for your system
