Not really. It's better than many, but CX are Corsairs' junkers. It's like the the "C" stands for 'Corsair', and the "X" stands for 'do not buy this'

It would be ok for an office PC that doesn't handle heavy hardware.

The CX , VS , and RM Series from Corsair all use poor capacitors,

The AX , HX, AXi , and TX version t are the good ones from Corsair.

Note: The CX Series is for Budget Builds \ Office Situations etc , not meant to be stressed.

Actually I want it for this build with my mind set on overclocking

Mobo : asrock z87 fatal1ty killer
CPU : i5-4670k
GPU : 2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE3X OC (2-way SLI)
HDD : Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive

I considered the ZALMAN ZM700-GV , but it is 50 watt less

The XFX 550W was on sale for $29 after rebate off and on for the last few weeks.

That is one of the newer Haswell compatible XFX 550's linked above.

Actually I live in Egypt , so I can't use the site you provided & I have much more limited choices

so for the build I mentioned , the ZALMAN ZM700-GV is more than enough ? (don't forget that I'm using 2-way SLI & overclocking)

Yes it's plenty for your specs and a very good power supply.

54 amps on the 12v rail is more than enough , and leaves you room for future upgrades.
