Hello!
So, I am having this problem with my HP PC. When you go to start up the PC, there is a option that you can do a system restore back to factory settings. This is assessed by F11. So, I press F11 and it dose not pop up, it just starts up Windows. So, I decided to try to create a restore disk. On HP PC's there is a program pre-installed to create a restore disk. That option is not available too! So, I don't understand. If anyone has any answers please post it! Also, if you need any more information please ask! I need to restore my PC.
