My RAM never goes above 50%? Windows 8

So whenever i play games, sometimes i lagg because my RAM is stuck at 50% and never wants to go up, i have 2 sticks of 4 gb each. help please? I went into Perfomance Option > Virtual Memory, and my paging file for disk C is 1216 mb. Disk C is my SSD and it does not have any games on it yet. Disk E is a hard drive, has my games and it has no paging file on it. Should i change it?

CSGO is a 32 bit program, so it will only use 2GB for the game.

You have a good video card, but try lowering the graphics settings and see if it makes a difference.
The FX-4100 is a very low end CPU, this will limit the frame rate you get.
You describe your issue as lag. If playing online, your internet connection could be an issue.

From what I have read, this game doesn't benefit a lot from extra CPU cores.
Performance benefits more from faster cores.
For this reason, an Intel CPU would be a better choice for this game.

Counter Strike GO is lagging.
Fx- 4100 quad core. Twin Frozr 7870 gpu. Max Settings.... I could play BF4 and Smite before..
