My gpu fans stop for a second at boot, and at that very moment a sound is coming from the gpu,but after that everything is fine.So what could be the problem?

Typically newer cards will "spool" up and spin in the opposite direction at full strength or near full strength at boot, so, you will hear them. The purpose is to remove any dust for continued optimal cooling. Typically at idle and even standard gaming loads gpus register 35-40db and most living rooms etc are over 40db ambient noise so you will not hear the fans unless at full or very high loads. It could be something else but typically this is the case. If you aren't observing any other unusual gpu behavior then I really would not worry. I hope this helped!

Thanks,

Justin S.

It's actually only the MSI Twin Frozr fans that spin in reverse upon startup for a few seconds. That's why we need to know if you have a MSI Twin Frozr card.

Thanks people I have figured out what was the problem, the problem was not the gpu but the hard drive, the noise was coming from the hard drive, the people from where I bought the pc,installed an old and already used hard drive into my new pc fucking assholes, when I removed the hard drive from the pc it was all scratched on the sides, that doesent matter now ,but what matters is that I have learned my lesson from now on if I plan to build a pc in the future I will build it with my own hands, you can't trust anyone these days. Thanks anyway for you answers.

That sounds very frustrating to say the least. I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue yourself! Moving forward, have fun!
