Which Motherboard and Heatsink Should I Get?

Hello, I am new to tomshardware.
I am building a computer for the first time and I only have the case and the processor. The processor I have is the: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331079126859?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 and my case is the: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301165283482?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 . I do not know which heat sink and motherboard I should get. The budget for the motherboard is $60.00. And the budget for the heat sink is $15.00. (I want this one but I dont know if it will fit into my case: http://www.amazon.com/AMD-Socket-Aluminum-Connector-Athlon/dp/B002TWTL2K )

P.S I Want dual channel ram, if that helps.

Yes it'll fit in your case. I'd suggest just buying a new case because for that price you can buy a nice new model.

Yes it's very small , the heatsink will in the case, no problem.
