mouse pointer problems

HI,Karen Thakur,I put out a piece of cheese and got a wireless mouse and the same blinking hour glass problem and while i was resetting the mouse up one of the pointers that was available showed exactly what i have except my pointer has a blinking hour glass to go with it,i even used what they call the normal pointer and not change anything.
heres something that just noticed when i on my homepage the blinking goes away,but when i go youtube the blinking starts up again.
