I have a HDD that's been wiped. The latop bios will only let me access the HDD I can't boot from any external device.Is there a way to install windows or DOS to the laptop HDD via a docking station??? Or is there a way to possibly access the bios and reset it, it's password protected. Already tried unplugging the bios battery for 30 min with no success.

We can't help with bypassing password protection, as there's no way to ensure that it's not stolen property.
I suggest remembering the password, or returning it to the manufacturer with proof of purchase for them to reset it.
