Not including OS, what parts can I use to get maximum gaming performance and upgrading ability. I would like to be able to add a second card in SLI later and over clock. I was looking at the i7 4770k and the GTX 780(I will be gaming as well as 3D work) but If something else is better, please tell me!

Took the above build but changed two things:
-Doubled the amount of RAM as it will help with the 3d work.
-Cheaper psu, still big enough for SLI. While Seasonic is definitely higher quality, the Antec HCG is still a high quality psu if you're looking for something on the budget side.
