The motherboard listed only supports amd processors and you have listed an intel processor for the build.

This pc wont last you 5-8 years and it will be able to play the games you listed just fine on high settings.

In addition to the fact that you've chosen and AMD motherboard and an Intel CPU (as was pointed out), if you're really wanting to stretch out this PC for a long time, I'd go with a better PSU, like an XFX 750 or another quality brand in the 700-800 range, to make the crossfiring options practical. The non-V Series Cooler Master PSUs are a bunch of meh and I wouldn't want to push one that long.

Now, generally speaking, 5-8 years is a pretty aggressive length of time to expect a gaming build to last. If you're talking about "without upgrades, high quality game settings," a higher-end build than yours isn't going to do that, especially in the long part of your request.
